Create your account

Start by signing up for your SIP Scheduler account

Begin your journey with SIP Scheduler by creating your warehouse admin account. This account will have full access to all features and settings.

After creating your account, you'll receive a verification email. Click the link to activate your account and proceed to the next step.

Tip: Use a company email address that your team recognizes. This will be the primary contact for all system notifications.

Configure warehouse settings

Customize your warehouse operations to match your needs

Configure your warehouse settings to define how carriers can book appointments. These settings can be adjusted anytime as your needs change.

Set your warehouse receiving hours

Time Slot Configuration

Define appointment slot duration and capacity

Tip: Start with conservative settings - you can always increase capacity later as you get comfortable with the system.

Warning: Changes to operating hours won't affect existing appointments. You'll need to reschedule any affected bookings manually.

Invite team members

Add your warehouse staff to the system

Build your team by inviting warehouse staff members. Each user can be assigned specific roles based on their responsibilities.

Understanding Roles:

  • • Warehouse Admin: Full system access, can manage all settings

  • • Warehouse Staff: Can view appointments and basic operations

Tip: Send invitations to key team members first. You can always add more users as your team grows.

Add carriers

Invite carrier companies to start booking appointments

Complete your setup by adding carrier companies. They'll receive invitations to create their accounts and can immediately start booking appointments.
