SIP connects orders, receiving, inventory, picking and packing. A client requirement can become a setting that the team uses while fulfilling an order.
These are current SIP capabilities you can explore in a walkthrough:
- Set warehouse packing checks, then override an individual check for a client while retaining the other defaults.
- Extend warehouse fields for a client while keeping locked warehouse requirements in place.
- Give clients stock and order visibility, including available, allocated, receiving, damaged and held quantities.
Give each person a screen built for their work
Pickers need the next pick. Packers need the checks for this order. Clients need their stock and order information. SIP gives these tasks their own views, with client requirements applied in the warehouse workflow.
Try your own order in a walkthrough: follow the pick, complete the packing checks and look at the same work from the client’s view.
Put AI to work on warehouse questions and client requests
Connect external AI tools to SIP, ask questions about warehouse data, create automation rules in plain language and use AI assistance for client tickets. These capabilities are available today.
Ticket assistance is available through SIP’s ticketing offering. Its integration with SIP WMS is coming soon. Bring a warehouse question, a client rule or a ticket to see the relevant AI workflow in a demo.
Already using ShipStation? You can keep it connected.
ShipStation offers shipping, inventory and warehouse features. Adding SIP is a choice about where your receiving, client rules and warehouse execution should live.
SIP can import orders from selected ShipStation stores and send the carrier, one tracking number and ship date back after fulfillment. This connector does not provide unrestricted two-way inventory or tracking synchronization. The ShipStation guide explains the scope.
Keep your clients informed and your team focused
SIP’s merchant portal gives clients access to their inventory and orders, so a stock question does not always need a warehouse phone call.
SIP also offers separate operational ticketing and dock scheduling products. Their WMS integration is coming soon. They support the wider goal of keeping requests, conversations and arrival plans close to warehouse work.

Once you have a shortlist, use an order exception or a client packing requirement to see the details behind the table. Follow the setting, the operator action and what the client can see.
Ask each provider to include the required modules, integrations, migration and training in its proposal. You can use these examples when you are ready to go deeper.
